Portfolio of Works

The Tightrope Paintings mark a shift in my practice from painting as a form of personal inquiry to creating work with the viewer at the forefront from the outset. Through accessible geometric compositions layered with references to art history and enduring spiritual questions, these paintings invite reflection on the viewer and the ground upon which they stand.

The Doorblock Paintings are a series born from a dream in which a doorblock appeared as an intuitive symbol of threshold protection.
